There’s no denying it—in bars, lounges, and restaurants all over the world, the craft cocktail is king. Forget the wine, skip the shot, and hold off on that beer, because we’ve got a new way for you to experience this trend on your next trip.
Now, the Food & Beverage team of Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta is bringing this trend directly to your table. The resort recently unveiled bar carts at four of our most popular dining and entertainment spots—Epazote, Gong, Mercado Mexico, and Santuario. Each of these carts is manned by expert mixologists who are looking to enhance your experience with the perfect mix of flavors and ingredients to suit your meal or your mood.
According to Francis Drillien, the Food & Beverage Manager at Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta, these new bar carts are intended to be much more than a way to try a new cocktail—they’re the entry point to learn more about local ingredients, libations, traditions, and history. Our food and drinks are so much more than just things we consume; they’re a beautiful byproduct of the surrounding nature and culture. Francis says these bar carts are a way to start a dialogue—and a relationship—between the resort’s passionate and knowledgeable mixologists and guests.
Make sure you’re on the lookout for these carts during your next visit to Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta. Francis says they will soon be available at Havana Moon, Chiringuito, Costa Arena, and Quinto as well.
