Nuevo Vallarta/Puerto Vallarta
Why have dinner in one restaurant when you can sample the best bites from four? Widen your gastronomic horizons, and possibly your belt, with Nuevo Vallarta’s custom Culinary Tour, an odyssey spanning four of the resort’s exceptional restaurants with custom wine pairings to boot.

Indoor/outdoor haven Santuario is already breathtaking by day. At night, it transforms into a mecca for music, hot cocktails, and transporting live performances. Like the coolest downtown bar meets a world-class circus: every single night.

Riviera Maya
No evening agenda at Riviera Maya is complete without a visit to Nektar Nights. When we say “hottest party,” we’re not just talking about Nektar’s hip, sultry ambiance, or the sonic stylings of resident DJ Desde. We’re talking about the electrifying fire show that transforms the sky into a blazing canvas and the lake into an infinity mirror. With live music starting at 10:15 PM, and a night owl happy hour kicking off at 10:30 PM, there’s no nightspot more volcanic than Nektar. It’s literally lit.

Whether or not you have something to celebrate, Lobster Night at our French restaurant is an occasion in itself. Savor fresh Caribbean lobster in a sumptuous white tablecloth setting.

Tap into the heart of Mexico’s vibrant culture at La Kermes: a multifaceted celebration of all that this paradise has to offer. Step into a hot bed of traditional aromas, flavors, sights, and sounds. Sample a wide range of antojitos (snacks) including savory elotes and tamales, and sweet, crispy marquesitas, a traditional Yucatecan crêpe. Wash them down with aqua frescas or a jug (a jug!) of Jalisco tequila, pick up a new game, or take in a folk dance performance featuring myriad regional styles.

Puerto Peñasco
Kids need night fun, too! Enter the Pool Party at Kid’s Club: no need to reign in remaining energy when there are obstacle courses and pool relays plus dinner and a movie to help your littlest travelers (ages 5-12) wind down.

It doesn’t get more festive than Fiesta Mexicana, one of this resort’s most beloved theme nights. Enjoy an abundant Mexican buffet, vibrant live music, and your pick of freshly squeezed and shaken margaritas, in an atmosphere of warmth and excitement you’ll remember forever.

Acapulco
Travel back to the disco, funk, and new wave soundtrack of the 1970s and 80s at Retro Night, Acapulco’s resident time capsule, complete with live DJ and optional choreography. You probably already have these moves down pat.

Try your hand at the other side of the bar! Our resident spirit experts give you a quick course in mixing up your own libation magic in Mixology Class—or, for all the creative license without the adults-only potent potables, there’s a Mocktail class suitable for the smallest “bartenders.”

Los Cabos
You’ve got options: in the mood for a three-course set menu, or the variety of à la carte? Are you feeling an emotionally intense vocal performance by Mexican luminary Luna Itzell, or a steamy flamenco show combining energetic guitar with this passionate dance? Whatever your preference, Los Cabos is prepared to enliven your weekend with a traditional take on dinner and a show.

Mazatlán
At the Sunset Bar Foam Party, “fun for the whole family” is more than a familiar phrase. It’s a promise made good on by this weekly event, which boasts a terrific family atmosphere, plus waterfront beverages. If you want to be able to say you watched the sun set from a giant outdoor bubble bath, this is the after dark activity for you.

Did we save the best for last? When you’ve exhausted more…exotic options, you may just find yourself refreshed by the classics, and it doesn’t get more classic than a Karaoke Night. For those more committed to watching than singing, seasoned bartender José Lizarraga has you (and your vicarious nerves) covered. You might even find your bravery at the bottom of a margarita.
