Fortunately, thanks to our Culinary Tour, not being able to make up your mind is actually a good mindset to have, as guests can take a tasty tour of Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta’s decadent and diverse dining options.
This culinary odyssey starts at 7 PM with a cocktail and appetizer at the first stop, another light bite at the second, followed by a chef-driven entrée at the third, and ending with a delicious dessert at the fourth and final restaurant. Wine pairings complement each sampling adding to a one-of-a-kind night of tastes and tipples, and transportation is included to all the restaurants. Guests have the option to partake in this foodie tour on either Wednesday or Friday, with different menus to be found each day. Wednesday
Welcome Cocktail at 7:00 PM in The Burger Custom Made lobby
Appetizer One at The Burger Custom Made: Mini burger with whiskey sauce. Served with an arugula salads with beets and goat cheese. (Wine: B. Zorzal Terroir Chardonnay)
Appetizer Two at Epazote: Tortilla soup served with tortilla strips, avocado, cheese, sour cream, and fried “pasilla” chili pepper rings. (Wine: R. Uriel Adobe Guadalupe)
Main Course at our French restaurant: Fresh salmon served on a bed of ratatouille with an herb salad. (Wine: T. Chateau F De Fonchereau)
Dessert at Punta Arena: Chocolate cake served with praline-chocolate sauce and candied pistachios. (Wine: B.M.X. Cosecha Tardia Cheninblanc)
Friday
Welcome Cocktail at 7:00 PM on patio of Gong
Appetizer One. at Gong: Summer roll wrapped in rice paper with mint, coriander, rice noodles, and mango, served with sweet and sour dipping sauce. Also served with coconut soup with shrimp and chicken. (Wine: E.B. La Gioiosa Moscato Frizzante)
Appetizer Two. at Tramonto: Duo of beef carpaccio with pepper and salmon accompanied by a mixed salad. (Wine: T. Beni Di Batasiolo Nebbiolo)
Main Course at Epazote: Roasted sea bass served with roasted garlic and spice and white bean stew with a mild “morita” chili pepper sauce. (Wine: T. Quinta Sinfonia de Tintos)
Dessert at Havana Moon: White chocolate “mille feuilles” with strawberries and blueberries, served with mojito sherbert. (Wine: B.M.X. Cosecha Tardia Cheninblanc)
