Le Petit Chef is a fully immersive event that fuses dining and entertainment by employing digital mapping to project an astounding show directly on the table and plate in front of attendees.
After becoming a sensation at various high-end restaurants and dining establishments across the globe, we’ve brought Le Petit Chef to Ameca Social House in Nuevo Vallarta and Bistro Bleu in Riviera Maya, and further enhanced it through the talents of our amazing chefs. That’s right, you can also enjoy a gourmet five-course meal crafted by some of Mexico’s finest culinary talents when you attend!

Curious how a digital show and haute-cuisine dinner combine to create one singular night? It’s simple: diners will reserve one of two seating times, 5:30 PM or 8:30 PM. They can also choose between two different experiences, the signature Le Petit Chef show or the Le Petit Chef “Master Chef”. In order to ensure that the meal is both incredibly safe and incredibly special, it has a maximum of eight guests per seating.

Once they arrive at the restaurant, diners are led to their table, then the lights dim, and their host and personal chef for the evening, Le Petit Chef, appears at their plate via state-of-the-art digital effects. Le Petit Chef then takes them through a meal in five different acts, each one telling them a spellbinding story about each mouth-watering course. The signature Le Petit Chef is a tale of how such a tiny cook is capable of such larger-than-life flavors and includes a menu of grilled steak, roasted chicken, and classic Bouillabaisse soup. The Master Chef show offers insight into how the Petit Chef became a world-famous chef on such a historical journey and features lobster roulade, suckling pig, and a magnificent sponge cake.
