We put a lot of care and thought into making everyone happy during every stay! But sometimes, the adults need to have a little time to themselves. Hey, we completely get it!
That’s why we pride ourselves on offering reliable, licensed, and pre-vetted in-room babysitters and kid-friendly activities at each of the Vidanta Resorts. We also have super-fun programs that will keep them completely entertained at Kid’s Club, including a host of action-packed Theme Nights! So go out for night of dancing, or a long quiet stroll on the beach just the two of you. We’ll handle the kids!
Child Care Service
Every Vidanta Resort offers in-room child care. All of our babysitters are certified by the America Red Cross and the American Academy of Pediatrics through the BLAST program. Whether it’s daytime spa appointments or a romantic date night, complete with cena romantica, you can put you and your sweetheart’s vacation aspirations first while our expert sitters watch your children—including cook for them, play with them, and put them to bed—in your accommodations. You can request babysitting at any time through your resort hotel concierge!

Two children: $310 MXN per hour + $250 MXN taxi fee
Three children: $380 MXN per hour + $250 MXN taxi fee
Four or more children will require two nannies.
Kid’s Club
Kid’s Club is your vacation go-to for fun for the little ones! This fun-filled play facility offers an assortment of amazing activities, including water activities at the on-premise pool, arts and crafts, games, and so much more. And every single activity is supervised by our expert staff who are standing by to make your child’s stay their best vacation ever!

Half day: $200 MXN from 9:30 AM-1:00 PM or 1:30 PM-4:30 PM

Kid’s Club Theme Nights
Our Kid’s Club also has weekly theme nights where you can drop off your children and enjoy an evening at the resort while they make new friends and try new things at events like Disco Night, Pirate Night, or a Pajama Party. There is also a Grand Luxxe-exclusive Kid’s Club in Nuevo Vallarta located by Grand Luxxe Tower 4.

Kipp and the Mapadors
While at the resorts, you might notice a few friendly new faces greeting you at Kid’s Club or from the children’s menus at your favorite restaurant. Kipp and the Mapadors are an adorable crew of children’s characters who spend their days exploring the Vidanta Resorts.
