Here’s a sampling of the festivities that you can enjoy at your favorite resorts.
Activity: Letters to Santa
What: Help your littlest ones draft their dispatches to the North Pole and sneak in a few last-minute gift requests of your own. And don’t forget to enjoy some cookies or some delicious Mexican hot chocolate while you write.
Activity: Los Posadas Celebration
What: Los Posadas means “the inns” in Spanish, and is a popular Christmas tradition in Mexican culture honoring Mary and Joseph’s search for refuge before arriving at an inn. A typical Los Posadas celebration includes a costumed reenactment, followed by a piñata for all to take a swing at, and then holiday punch and cookies.

Activity: Three Kings Day Celebration
What: Three Kings Day is an important part of the Christmas season in many Latin American countries, and marks the day the three kings, or Magi, arrived with their gifts for the newly born baby Jesus. Come commemorate this event by partaking in the rosca de reyes, a delicious ring-shaped cake.
